How Our Service Works

ReadNext operates entirely in your browser (client-side). When you search for book recommendations:

1. Your browser sends requests directly to the Google Books API
2. All processing happens locally in your browser
3. No search data is sent to our servers
4. No personal information is stored or transmitted to us

Third-Party Services

Google Books API: When you use our service, your browser communicates directly with Google's Books API to retrieve book information and recommendations. This interaction is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Amazon Links: We provide links to Amazon for book purchases. These are currently standard links (not affiliate links). Clicking these links will take you to Amazon's website, which is subject to Amazon's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not track individual users
• Collects only aggregated data (such as page views, referrers, and general geographic data)
• Provides anonymized usage statistics

Data Security

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no personal information to secure on our servers. All book searches and recommendations are processed in your browser and are not stored by us.
